Artichokes

I just prepared three of these delicious vegetables.
We dipped the steamed, yet firm, leaves in a fresh guacamole consisting of: avocado, (of course) tomato, scallions, sea salt, ground pepper, zest of lime, and a finely diced garlic clove.
